My name is Andrew and I run Roo's K9s. Currently undergoing a degree in Canine behaviour, Roo's K9s is a passion project with the aim of providing excellent care to the dogs of Portishead and beyond. I look forward to getting to know you and your furry friend!
SERVICES AND FEES
Initial Behaviour/Training Assessment
Before beginning 1-1 training, all new clients are required to complete an initial training/behaviour assessment.
This comprehensive session enables me to evaluate your dog’s temperament, behaviour and training needs while also understanding your goals and any challenges you are currently facing. Additionally, we will begin to implement the start of any training required.
What to expect during the assessment:

Further discuss your dog’s history, routine, and behaviour concerns

Observe their behaviour in different situations

Identifying the underlying causes of the issue

Provide initial training and management plan/strategies

Creation of a personalised training plan tailored to you and your dogs needs
This session ensures we set up any future training ventures with the right approach and equip you with the right knowledge, know how, and confidence to train your best friend.
In some cases this may be the only session required to rectify your dog’s training issue.
90-120 minuets- £100
1-1 training session
60-90 minutes 1-1 training session to identify and provide guidance for training issues.
The individual attention creates the ideal environment to address specific concerns and achieve measurable results.

Dog walk & train
A dog walk with a difference. A 45 minute 1-1 training session in the format of a dog walk. A one-time thing for setting the groundwork for learning or multiple sessions for more intensive training, Roo's K9s is here to help!
